AAHA Accreditation

AAHA Accreditation

We voluntarily sought accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association. This means we regularly have our practice evaluated by an expert to ensure that we comply with the highest standards in veterinary care. You can be sure your pet is receiving the best possible care. Ask us about our AAHA accreditation and how it affects your pet.

Our hospital was asked to meet over 900 standards of care in order to achieve our certification.

We are evaluated in these areas: Anesthesia, Client Service, Contagious Disease, Continuing Education, Dentistry, Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency/Urgent Care, Examination facilities, Housekeeping and Maintenance, Human Resources, Laboratory, Leadership, Medical Records, Pain Management, Patient Care, Pharmacy, Safety, and Surgery.

The AAHA reminds pet owners that they can help pets live healthier and longer lives by taking their pets to the veterinarian for annual physical exams, vaccinations, and dental care. They also should provide pets with fresh water, a balanced diet, and exercise. To find out more about AAHA, visit their website.
